A Marine stationed in Afghanistan received a "Dear John" letter from his girlfriend breaking up with him. In response, he asked his fellow Marines for photos of their girlfriends, sisters, ex-girlfriends, aunts, and cousins. He received an envelope with 57 photos and a note from his friend Ricky, who included photos he collected from others to cheer up the Marine after his breakup.
