Experience and
background
Hildete de Moraes Vodopives is a Brazilian specialist in global marketing strategies, advising companies doing
business in Brazil.
As a researcher at Sorbonne University, in Paris, Ms. Vodopives has done research on cross-culture management,
negotiation and Brazilian economic history. As part of her academic activities, she coordinates the Harvard
Strategists and the Brazil at Harvard alumni groups.
 
In 2008, Ms. Vodopives founded Brazil Global, which became a reference for information on Brazilian business,
culture and economy.
Ms. Vodopives has a network built over 20 years of experience in Brazil, U.S. and Europe both as entrepreneur and in
existing organizations. She organized investors/company meetings in Brazil for companies such as Petrobras, Vale,
Embraer, Gerdau, Bradesco and other prominent Brazilian companies.
She organized the Congresso Apimec –a Brazilian capital market conference with attendance of investors and
analysts from all over the world. Since 2006, she represents Apimec in the CVM- Education committee, which
organizes and promotes training in investment and capital markets for Brazilian university professors, judges, lawyers
and journalists. She is a member of the Ivy League Speakers and Harvard Crimson Compass Mentor program.
In Brazil,
Ms. Vodopives is partner of Investfort, an asset management specialized in assisting family offices and managing
equity funds. She was equity strategist with Queluz Asset Management, a leading Brazilian boutique with focus on
offshore wealth management. Before that, Ms. Vodopives worked at Net Serviços de Comunicação S.A., the largest
multiple system operator of Pay-TV in Latin America.
 
Ms. Vodopives holds a master in History from the Sorbonne University, an MBA in Capital Markets from PUC and a
Certificate Special Studies in Administration and Management from Harvard University. She is native speaker of
Portuguese and fluent in English and French. Conversation on Italian and Spanish, she also has basic German.
