Botam Construction Group, established in 2005, has been a contractor in both the private and public sector, constructing
residential projects for foreign and domestic investors, designing and developing projects in diverse fields of construction,
and has been continuously developing quality- and purpose-oriented infrastructures and turn-key projects with our

Electrical and Electronic Engineering
In all our service and industrial buildings we asses all strengths and weaknesses of the task at hand, on that basis we
prepare the projects and their applications. We produce optimal solutions using the most efficient materials and workforce,
implementing today’s technology and engineering. By integrating an engineering approach in the projections, while
working with the specified budget and allotted time for the project, we are creating a permanent solution to meet our

Geomatics Engineering
We use spatial information for our projects; with the latest satellite imaging technology we are able to make precise
measurements of the plot from space itself. This data we then merge with the blueprints, this gives us the possibility to
provide you with a complete analysis and we even offer visualization services directly linked to the location and current
calculations so that they can be optimized on basis of the location itself.
Mechanical Engineering
We develop analytical solutions for your needs through mathematical modeling. By combining the principles of physics
with the structural integrity of the building materials, the design of mechanical systems and the manufacturing of materials

Enver Ahmet Emiroğlu
Born in 1969 in Ankara, graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Civil Engineering Department in
Ankara. He has worked several years in Istanbul for one of the largest and most reputable real estate firms of
Turkey, the IS Bank GYO, and resigned from his peak position there as the ‘Head of Project Development and
Planning’ in order to found Botam Construction Group.
Osman Durgun & Mustafa Durgun
Born in 1974 in Manavgat Antalya, the twin brothers have an extensive network and an excellent personal reputation
in the business arena of Antalya. Owners of Sarilar Hafriyat, the leading excavation company in Manavgat area, they
have several years of experience in various-sized infrastructure projects which they have successfully completed
in the past years.

there first hotel in Belek.
This renovation encumbers a complete
breakdown of all non-load carrying walls
after which a completely new design,

winter between the holidays, Botam was

work on their first-ever themed hotel,
with adjacent attraction park, in Belek, we
jumped at the chance to be part of history.

Botam was selected to do all the structural
works of the Rixos World Hotel (part of
The Land of Legends theme park) on a plot
size of 650.000 m2 with a net building area
of 65.000 m2, the project was completed in

Q SPA RESORT is one of the esteemed projects of Botam; It won an Award from the
“European Property Awards” also known as the Oscars of Real Estate and Construction.
The project, constructed by the Botam Qualitas brand, brought together the residential
as well as the hotel concept. Owners can enjoy the comfort of a 5 star hotel with the
accessibility of an apartment, Botam Qualitas can also provide a professional rental
services so owners can enjoy a steady income from their property as well.
The architectural and aesthetic emphasis on the interior and exterior of Q SPA RESORT,

The turn-key Hotel project WATER PLANET,
in Alanya / Okurcalar was constructed and
delivered in the short period of 6 months .
Located on an area of 62.415 m2, the
architectural design, all mechanical and
electricalworkswerecarriedoutbyBOTAM.
At the beginning of the project planning
and design phase of the project BOTAM
studied all available information regarding
surrounding nature and the environmental
factors of the location. And on the basis of
this they designed solutions that make use
of the natural resources and renewable
energy sources, such as; the purification of
waste water, hot water and heating by solar
energy panels, low energy consuming LED
lighting and other environmental friendly
designed mechanical systems.
Although completed in a very short time,
WATER PLANET HOTEL, with it’s superior
build quality, unique design and technical
equipment, is still serving as one of the
area’s example for new hotels to be build.

Cappadocia, BOTAM did the renovation of
146 rooms and public spaces for the Lykia
Lodge and also producing professional

heart of Anatolia, only to show that their
scope was not limited to the Mediterranean

first residential project built by Botam.

Tourist paradise Side, recognized
worldwide for its historic and natural
beauty, dating back to ancient civilizations,
deserves a fitting infrastructure, therefore
the SIDE BEACH PARK project was created,
BOTAM completed the project within 3
months time.
The collar shaped Side Beach Park
stretches for 3500 meter, complementing
the ancient town of Side that dates back
to 7th
century BC. A rain drainage of 2300
meters was connected to the main sewer
line which was installed 2 meters below
sea level. This was a great relief for the
infrastructure of the city of Side. The
project is fully prepared and implemented
by BOTAM and was presented to the public
in 2010.

The Colakli Beach Park project was
awarded the “Best Environmental Project”
by the Ministry of Environment and
Urbanization; Colakli gained the public
use of the coastline and coastal tourism
structures were developed. The goal of
the project was to bring quality and a clear
layout. Within this context, BOTAM built a
15 m wide and 4.135 m long walk-paths
along the beach and offered the residing
hotels in total 24 units of 600 m2 for them
to build social facilities in.
A complete infrastructure was provided
which includes; a rainwater drainage,
tab water facilities, irrigation, drainage,
sewerage, electricity, lighting and camera
systems.
With all these details in mind and without
compromising on the quality aspects, the
region has added greatly in value.

EVRENSEKI BEACH PARK carries the
distinction of being the region’s first
seaside park and stretches along the entire
coast in Evrenseki, which is 1750 meters
long. Completed in 2007, the beach park
was an example for other touristic regions
and brought a new understanding of
tourism to the area, making it a catalyst
for its peers.
Ahead of its time, BOTAM made a 10
kilometers long storm drainage system
and sewer line in designing the Evrenseki
Beach Park, which was made in accordance
with the modern understanding of the
park, using quality materials. The park is
open to the public since 2007 and has met
an important need in the region.

Evrenseki Beach Park, in the blueprints
Botam also included the Project Q BEACH,
to entice the discerning clientele by

attractive lawn area and lit beach volleyball
field, which extends into the fine sand
beach, Q BEACH continues to provide
world-class service, it’s one of the most

The tailor made Sports Facilities build for
the Emirhan Hotel Group, features a steel
construction with an upper protective
cover designed with a membrane tension.
It offers 4 difference changing rooms for
different teams to prepare simultaneous
and is full equipped with a fitness center,
locker rooms, showers, massage rooms, all
build to the highest standards.
It facilitates up to 700 people, most of
which are build to the VIP standards that
you would find in a sky-box of an arena
size football-field, to offer a comfortable
view of the game, regardless of weather
conditions.
