A mysterious being in Akiyuki arm turns him into a
monster. Nakiemi (A sky amazon) manages to get it
back into human form and begins a path in which she
teaches him to accept the fact that he has become a
Xam’d (white monster). She also helps him to under-
stand the Hiruko (the being implanted in his arm) and
instructs him to control the powers that it has given to
him.
