Mr. Bock has over 35 years of experience, specializing in the fields of Homeland Security, Critical
Infrastructures, Personnel Management, Business Operations, Law Enforcement, and Government Grants. He
has been president of 2 nonprofit (501c3) organizations and has experience with everything from local law
enforcement to operations director for a private security integration business to teaching and to serving as the
Homeland Security Director / SAA for the State of South Dakota.

In his current role, Mr. Bock provides subject matter expertise to the Department of Homeland Security for its
Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard (CFATS) that regulates the chemical facilities in the U.S. that pose
the greatest security to the country. He reviews Site Security Plans (SSP’s), Alternate Security Plans (ASP’s) and
has worked with the CFATS Planned Measures Task Group, the CFATS Best Practices Group and the CFATS
Recalculation Task Group. He also uses his broad security background to support ABS Consulting efforts
marketing and providing professional security consulting services for other industry segments (e.g.,
government, sports venues, transportation, rail and energy/electrical utility organizations).
