Our G R E A C E collection is an ode to both Greek mythology and the ongo-
ing relationship between religion and jewelry. Whether it’s Buddhist prayer
beads, your favorite rapper’s favorite ‘Jesus piece’, or healing crystals from
Burning Man, jewelry and religion always seem to be crossing paths. Con-
tinuing that narrative, we designed with the God’s and myths of the Iliad
as our theme and a blend of bohemian and street styles as our inspiration.
We work with a skilled team of artisans who make all of our pieces by hand, in-
cluding antiquing and polishing, therefore natural blemishes may occur.
Each piece has 3 – 4 mils of plating and is finished with a clear resin electro-
coat to ensure the maximum resistance to wear. Prior to plating all B L O jew-
elry is stamped with our bee insignia to mark its unique design and origin.

Aphrodite is the Goddess of Love. According to Greek mytholo-
gy she is said to have arisen from the sea, symbolized in our ring
by the Mother-of-Pearl stone setting and the waves spanning the
ring’s shank. The Pomegranate floral diagram represents the fertil-
ity of women while the arrows over the Dove represent her moth-
erhood of Eros, or Cupid, as he is known in Roman mythology.

to Zeus and symbolic of his strength. It is said that the Priests would

Medusa is the most infamous of a trio of sisters known as the Gorgons.
Athena turned the once beautiful maiden into a monster for breaking
her vow of celibacy when Poseidon seduced her. According to Greek
mythology her locks of golden hair were transformed into venomous
snakes and it is said that looking into her eyes will turn any creature
to stone. Medusa’s head was later cut off by Perseus, the son of Zeus,
and given to Athena to cover her shield and protect against enemies.
