to enjoy a night out. Our franchise pairs together the exciting energy of a
social gathering place with a wine tasting experience.

A
fter a successful corporate career of more than 20 years building
results driven teams for some of the world’s largest
companies, our founder, Lynn Mione, set out to
create the ultimate wine experience. Her mission from
the very beginning was to create a fun and dynamic
business model which kept the attitude out of wine
drinking. After opening the first location in 2010,
Lynn saw the response from her customers and
realized that there was a demand for The Vine Wine
Bar outside of the greater New York region. That
prompted her to continue to refine and develop
the great systems and branding which would be
required to expand across the United States.

oday, the business is in a prime position for
franchisees to learn, train, and develop The
Vine Wine Bar in local communities around
the country.

hen you join The Vine Wine Bar team as a franchise

• 2 sessions per year, with 2 days of refresher/update training or meetings in each session
• Ongoing support and guidance in building and operating your business

W
hen you join The
Vine Wine Bar
franchise family
you have the choice of a
new start-up franchise or
rebranding your existing
bar or restaurant under
The Vine Wine Bar brand
and system. When you
join our system you will
be given an exclusive
territory with 100,000
people or a 5-mile radius,
whichever is less. The
Vine Wine Bar is seeking
franchisees looking to
expand into available
markets throughout the
United States.

he fee for one franchise is $40,000. Minimal start-up costs can
be as low as $186,950 depending upon a number of factors.
