2. SIMPLICITY THROUGH AUTOMATION
Every Blend E series mobile mixing plant comes complete with a cement and
aggregate weighing system, water and additive dosing system and humidity
sensors for moisture control, which are all controlled and monitored by an
intelligent self adjusting control system, which continually adjusts to any
material or mechanical variation, to provide the accuracy required to produce
consistent, high quality concretes normally only available from expensive static
concrete batching facilities.
The control system can be programmed with a variety of individual concrete
recipes which can be produced without the need for any manual intervention.
The Blend E Series mobile mixing plants are available in a variety of sizes with
a variety of options. Production outputs start from 5cmt’s to 50cmt’s per hour for
the EO50 models and the SEVENTY has the ability to carry sufficient material
to produce up to 13 cmt’s of concrete in one outing. The blend plants can also
be configured to produce all types of Concrete’s, mortars and cold asphalts,
depending on your individual requirements.
