Ratti Entertainment Inc. wants to team up with Martial Arts Schools and Youth Organizations in
an effort to raise funds through the sale of the Black Salt’s apparel line to help pay for
underprivileged kids’ martial arts lessons, uniforms and tournaments. The program is entitled;
Black Salt The Last Heroes Left Fundraiser “Save our Kids through Martial Arts”.
Participating martial arts schools and youth organizations would sell our Black Salt Promotional
Gear that includes: Drawstring back pack, Baseball cap, Beanie, Logo t-shirt, Character t-shirt.
Your school or organization will keep 20% of all funds raised which means for every $10.00
Black Salt Fashion Gear Package sold you keep $2.00.

2. Save our Kids through Martial Arts
Why a Kids Fundraiser?
Ratti Entertainment Inc. has employed an intensive grass roots marketing and promotional
strategy resulting in well over one million sustained hits to our website. We have received
thousands of emails from around the world inquiring about the upcoming production of Black
Salt. With the growing popularity of the Black Salt film franchise, it’s time to bring a serious
problem to light and do something about it! "The challenge we face is how to save our KIDS".
We are facing troubled economic times coupled with a deep recession that has caused a loss of
hundreds of thousands of jobs, budget cuts at all levels of government and regretfully major cuts
to literally all school systems’ budgets throughout America. Youth related programs have been
dramatically cut or eliminated to include school sports, arts, music, band, field trips, physical
education etc. High school aged youth are dropping out of school at an alarming rate without any
marketable skills and many can’t even read or write. If our schools’ budget cuts continue at this
rapid rate within the next three to five years High School Sports and other social enrichment
programs will be eliminated forever. What will follow is the beginning of a self destructive
mechanism that will erode America’s society. Together we can do something to stop this by
supporting a cause to raise funds and the self esteem and spirits of our Kids through time tested
sport involving Martial Arts.
Participation in organized sports, such as martial arts, develops a very important human
characteristic called discipline which teaches kids to work hard for what they want and
prepares them to be productive adults.
Without sports there would be more kids incarcerated due to less constructive programs
that occupy and develop their time and minds.
The lack of physical fitness programs in schools through sports related activities exposes
our children to much greater health risks such as childhood obesity and diabetes.
The Martial Arts Community can be the genesis for an exciting national opportunity! Together
we can help pick up the financial slack where the budget cuts in public schools and government
programs are falling short with our kids ability to be actively involved in an organized sports.
Martial arts teaches discipline, healthy lifestyles, and self confidence. Being a martial artist
builds character and motivates kids to become outstanding leaders. Martial arts shows kids how
to be champions, how to set goals and why they must work hard to achieve their goals, positive
goals designed to keep them off the streets and in a positive environment.
In addition to ensuring that the growing buzz of the film franchise helps generate awareness of
the “Save our Kids through Martial Arts” Fundraiser, the company will also apply for
nonprofit status in an effort to attract corporate sponsorship to support this worthy cause.
