Paula Billups is an artist who has had solo and group exhibitions in Germany, Italy, Nevada, and Connecticut. She has received residencies in Germany and Italy. Billups holds an MFA from Transart Institute in Berlin and a BFA from Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts. Her work is in the collection of the Florence Griswold Museum. She has participated in collaborations and projects internationally and been published in several journals.
