A patient had bilateral tumors that were bleeding 200-300 ml per day from the left tumor. The patient underwent a bilateral latissimus dorsi (LD) flap to address the tumors as a donor and recipient area. Seven years post-operation, the patient remains well without any recurrence of the tumors.
