This document outlines the objectives of a language school at the Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo for the 2013-2014 year. The objectives are to understand British and American pronunciation theoretically and practically, improve pronunciation using tools and strategies for social and academic English, encourage self-learning through dictionaries and websites, describe, analyze and apply English sounds in context, and work in groups to motivate analysis, independent research, originality and creativity in tasks.
