- 3. CHILDHOOD ➤Born in 1978in Moldova, the former Soviet Union, Bianna Golodryga immigrated to the United States during her childhood. ➤Her parents, Vitaly and Zhanna Golodryga, moved her to Houston, Texas when she was only two years old.

- 5. HIGH SCHOOL ➤In Houstonthe family made a new life and eventually Bianna was enrolled in the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.
- 6. COLLEGE LIFE ➤Bianna attendedthe University of Texas in Austin where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Russian, Eastern European, and Eurasian Studies with a minor in Economics.
- 7. WORK/LIFE ➤A far cryfrom the life in theater she had once dreamed of, Bianna began working for an Austin-based brokerage firm while still attending college.
- 8. FINANCE ➤Her interest inthe financial sector and economics in general led to a career in the financial industry. ➤This did not last long, however, as a dip in the economy resulted in her taking a job as a bond trader after graduation.

- 13. 9/11 SPOTLIGHT ➤She producedlive coverage following the 9/11 terrorist attacks and conducted countless interviews with top business leaders including President Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, and investor Warren Buffett.
