Bethany Burress graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a minor in U.S. National Security Studies. As part of her capstone project, she designed a user-friendly relay box and simplified MatLab code to document neuroscience research data. She has experience with software like Java, C, C++, and hardware including microprocessors and logic analyzers. Her internship at NASA Langley Research Center involved gathering and analyzing data using GIS software. On campus, she has held leadership roles with various organizations and has worked as a resident and front desk assistant.
