Operation: Calls Car doesn’t come to landing when called  Hall Station Button  goes out  Problem at car location
Error Codes There are codes that correspond to specific functionality or elevator operations  Error codes are usually displayed via the screen on the car panel With the codes in hand, you can determine what part of the system is having problems and troubleshoot. Error Codes:   E1  ●  E3  ●  E4 & E5  ●   E6   ●   E7 & E8
Error Codes: E6 Landing Door Error Most Common Code Landing Door not Closed Reopen and close the door. Try shaking the door.  Error Codes:   E1  ●  E3  ●  E4 & E5  ●   E6   ●   E7 & E8
Error Codes: E3 Car Position Error Very common error Unit stopped somewhere other than programmed location Door lock isn’t fully locking. Trap Door closed, but not fully latched. Check that the car doors are fully closed and locking.  Door Locking Solenoid Error Codes:   E1  ●  E3  ●  E4 & E5  ●   E6   ●   E7 & E8
