After school, her passion for travel and food brought her around the world where she discovered the eclectic flavor profiles that influence her unique jams. During her travels to Asia, she learned how different types of food affect your body and health and how to eat with a purpose. For this reason, Melissa's creations are all natural, preservatives free, gluten free and she offers many vegan options.
