Team working and leadership • Worked with teams of 45 for Georgica PLC where as mulN‐unit Assistant manager my responsibility was to oversee the operaNons and to drive the dynamic performance of the flagship venue. • Privileged to have developed my own team for Venom Bar and Eiden Nightclub, hiring high performing individuals, and through involvement and communicaNons internally, producing extra‐ordinary results. • Strategic creaNve role within University team assignment, creaNng from client brief, a campaign plan based upon deep consumer insight and delivered a winning pitch to Lowe Brindfors AdverNsing agency for the luxury tea brand ‘My cup of tea’.
