3. flour: 500 grams

4. 4 eggs

5. yeast: 25 grams

6. milk: 375 cl

7. sparkling water: 375 cl

8. butter: 150 grams

9. a pinch of vanilla sugar

Put the flour in a bowl.

15. Melt the yeast in the hot
milk.

16. Put the flour, yeast and
milk together and stir.

17. Add the eggs and continue stirring.

18. Add the sparkling water and continue stirring.

19. Melt the butter and add it to the batter.

20. Add the sugar and the oil to the batter and
keep on mixing it all together.

21. Let the batter rest for half an hour.
