jurisdictions under a single licensed pension fund

Belgium is one of the few countries in the
European Economic Area offering a dedicated
and comprehensive framework for establishing a
pan European pension fund, in accordance with
the European Union directive on Supervision of
Institutions for Occupational Retirement Provision.
