The vision is to create a "Green House" that provides high quality ornamental plants and innovative services to become a pioneer in greening and be trusted by the local community. The mission includes introducing ornamental plants, cultivating plants, providing impressive service, facilities for customer comfort, job opportunities, and keeping up with plant trends. The organizational structure consists of a manager, administration for accounting, marketing, service, and procurement. The roles of each are described along with initial capital needs and monthly expenses
