5. Financial Incentives on offer…
 If you arrange a meeting between a potential client and a Liquidity
Group sales executive, we will issue you with £50 per appointment.
We can either pay this straight into a bank account of your choice, or
arrange it to be donated to your chosen charity.

has won the business, you as the introducer will receive an on-going
percentage of the fees earned from the client.

6. Standard Umbrella
Liquidity Group’s umbrella solution is a simple and cost effective solution whereby temporary workers can increase
their NET pay legally and efficiently, whilst offering a full saving in Employers National Insurance to the agency.
By submitting expenses incurred whilst performing work duties, contractors are able to increase their NET pay by
up to £30 per week. This is not the same as being self-employed and workers will not be required to complete a tax
return. Workers still retain a full employment status and still qualify for holiday and sick pay.
Our Standard Umbrella scheme also removes all employers’ responsibilities away from the agency such as issuing
P45, P46 and P60 documents and handling other admin related tasks such as incorporating subs and deductions

Liquidity Group is an official partner of Contractor Mortgages, who came about when lenders realised that their
traditional criteria for assessing a mortgage application would preclude a large number of contractors and
freelancers from obtaining a mortgage.
A contractor mortgage is no different to any other mortgage in its pricing. The difference is how the lender will
assess the application. Lenders will not look at traditional forms of assessment but channel the application
towards bespoke underwriting criteria specifically available for the contractor and freelancer community.
Contractor Mortgages Made Easy pioneered dialogue with lenders to explain that contractors should not be
deemed a high risk for lending. This resulted in bespoke underwriting for contractors, where the gross contract
income and career experience were deemed more relevant than the payment vehicle of the contractor.
A normal mortgage application will be assessed on the basis of your salary plus dividends and/or net profit if you
