The Chicago Bears signed undrafted rookie safety Shamiel Gary to a one-year deal after releasing cornerback Isiah Frey. Gary spent time in the pre-season with the New England Patriots and played in 47 college games at Oklahoma State and Wyoming, making 311 tackles and six interceptions. Gary will join a Bears safety group that recently lost starter Chris Conte to a concussion.
