Acun Ilıcalı was born in 1969 in Edirne, Turkey to a family originating from Erzurum. He lost his parents after the birth of his first child and later divorced his first wife. He completed his education in Istanbul and studied at Gazi University but dropped out. He started his career in television with help from a friend as a sports reporter and eventually founded his own production company, Acun Medya, in 2004. Through Acun Medya, he has produced and hosted many popular television shows in Turkey. Today, he is a very famous and successful television personality and producer.

2. Acun Ilıcalı was born in May 29, 1969 in
Edirne to a family, which originated from
Ilıca,Erzurum. Ilıcalı has been married twice,
and has three children. He lost his parents just
after his first child Banu was born, and got
divorced from his first wife. He is married to
Zeynep Ilıcali since 2003 and they have two
daughters named Leyla and Yasemin.
He completed his basic education in Edirne. He went to high
school in Istanbul at Kadıköy Maarif College and Anatolian
High School. He enrolled in ELT department at Gazi University
but he dropped out and decided to work on television

television shows such as O Ses Türkiye, Yetenek
Sizsiniz Turkiye (Got Talent), Survivor: Greece vs.
Turkey and Yok Boyle Dans (Dancing with the Stars).
