This lesson plan aims to teach 9th grade students about basic geometric triangles over 5 days. Students will learn to find triangle sides using various methods like string and popsicle sticks. They will learn the Pythagorean theorem, practice finding perimeter and area, and learn to find missing lengths. The plan utilizes videos, calculators, and online resources to help kinetic learners visualize triangles and practice calculating their properties with the goal of 90% accuracy.

• During the course of this lesson, my students will demonstrate how to
find the sides of a triangles by using string, popsicle sticks, and
various other methods. At the end of the lesson my students should
be able to determine the sides with a 90% accuracy rate.
