Main Objectives
• During the course of this lesson, my students will demonstrate how to
find the sides of a triangles by using string, popsicle sticks, and
various other methods. At the end of the lesson my students should
be able to determine the sides with a 90% accuracy rate.
Day to Day Breakdown
Day 1- Intro to Pythagorean Theorem
Day 2- String and Popsicle Activity
Day 3- Finding perimeter and area (mathedpage)
Day 4- Finding missing lengths
Day 5- Overview
