First in the list, we have this house that looks
like a church or a chapel. At first glance, you will
probably misconceive it is a church or a chapel,
but it is actually not. People sight this place
that looks like a church or a chapel but no cross
sign or symbol above it. Sometimes other use
this as a landmark because it is well-known all
over the barangay.

This river has been flowing for how many decades
now. It is quite calming and refreshing just by
looking at the river. It is the first place where
the residents of Barangay Tabagak think of going
when talking about swimming. Children and even
adults will enjoy swimming here. And also it has
a really nice and alluring view.

A road that looks like a bridge. It is located at
Purok Lower Bangus Barangay Tabagak
Madridejos, Cebu. In the right side of this road
bridge, you can see the salt farm which was
barely used in making salt and if you are lucky,
you’ll see the pond-like scenery.

You can see the old bridge as shown in the
picture. It is an iconic bridge which there is a
two different side, one is the mangroves while in
the other side is a lake-like scenery.

Bakhawan is a term used referring to mangroves or
bakhaw. These are tropical trees that generally live in
close proximity of water. Some children enjoys
swimming in this area. There they can do swimming,
fishing and other activities. Mangroves has been a use
in many things in Brgy. Tabagak. Bakhawan are home
to a wide variety of aquatic creatures, including
shrimp, crabs, and fish, that can be a great help to
the residents as food.
