This document provides ingredient lists and descriptions for various baked goods and other food items sold at Uptown Espresso and Bakery. All items are made from scratch daily in the bakery using natural ingredients. Special notes indicate that items are not made in a fully gluten-free or vegan facility. The document includes lists for pastries, muffins, breads, scones, cookies, sandwiches, energy bars, brownies, and cheesecakes.

All items in store will have an ingredient list on the back of their respected signs.
