• This is an easy way to burnout frequent backaches. All that you
need to do is get a chair and side stool. Get the chair close to the
wall and place the side stool in front of it such that when you sit on
it, your legs should be stretched.
• Sit upright on the chair, place your legs on the side stool and bend
down, stretch your hands to touch your toes for a while, get and
raise your hand to touch the wall. You can do this is often as
possible until you think it's okay for that moment.
