1. Bẻ khớp – lợi ích, hại nhiều
Khi bẻ khớp làm gân, dây chằng giãn ra hết mức và gây tổn thương cấp tính như
bong gân, trật khớp, thậm chí giãn hoặc rách dây chằng.
Bẻ khớp tay, chân, đầu... không tốt cho sức khỏe, vì dễ khiến khớp bị tổn thương, thoái
hóa.

Những thao tác vặn khớp tay, vai, lưng, cổ… sẽ giúp tinh thần sảng khoái, lấy lại tập
trung sau những giờ làm việc căng thẳng. Tuy nhiên lại ảnh hưởng đến thẩm mỹ như
khớp phì đại, giảm sức cầm nắm (bàn tay), tiềm ẩn nhiều nguy cơ gây hại sức khỏe. Vì
mỗi khớp chỉ chịu được một lực nhất định. Nắn, bẻ khớp làm khớp hoạt động nhiều,
gây lực ép lớn lên khớp khiến khớp bị tổn thương.
Điểm nối giữa hai khớp có dây chằng, chất hoạt dịch lỏng, gân… Khi bẻ vặn khớp làm
gân, dây chằng giãn ra hết mức và gây tổn thương cấp tính như bong gân, trật khớp,
thậm chí giãn hoặc rách dây chằng.
Ngoài ra, sụn khớp là thành phần trắng, giòn, làm lớp đệm giữa hai đầu xương, giúp
giảm lực ma sát khi chúng trượt lên nhau, giúp con người có thể đi lại, vận động, sinh
hoạt dễ dàng. Trong sụn khớp có 2% là tế bào sụn và không có khả năng hồi phục khi
bị thương. Nắn, bẻ khớp sẽ làm sụn bào mòn, thương tổn dẫn đến thoái hóa.
Chưa kể, do sụn bị bào mòn và không có khả năng hồi phục, gai xương sẽ mọc ra tấn
công vào mô gây đau nhức khớp. Nếu tuổi càng lớn, gân, sụn, dây chằng kém linh
động và dễ tổn thương hơn nên việc vặn bẻ khớp sẽ làm tốc độ thoái hóa khớp diễn ra
nhanh hơn.
2. Để giảm cảm giác mệt mỏi, bạn có thể tập các động tác tay nhẹ nhàng thay vì bẻ khớp.
Nếu phải làm việc văn phòng, không nên ngồi quá lâu một chỗ, cách 30 phút nên đi lại
cử động một lần.
