Zach Mino came to Hill-Engineers, Architects, Planners, Inc. (Hill) in the winter of 2016.
During his time here at Hill, Zach has shown good work ethic, willingness to learn, and
eagerness to address new challenges. His willingness to tackle any task, small or large,
simple or complex, is one ofhis many attributes.
Zach has demonstrated that he is willing to put in exceptional effort to improve his
engineering skills. His determination has shown through his work on many technical
design projects presented to him. He has not been afraid to question for clarification, and
is able to communicate his questions and concerns clearly. This has helped him gain
awareness and understanding with regards to cost and ease of construction challenges that
come working in a construction environment. In my opinion, Zach's willingness to listen
and learn has become one of his best assets.
Zach is a well-rounded person. He is computer savvy, well organized, and has many
outside interests beyond the world of engineering. He is a smart contentious individual
who has tremendous potential.
