Major Responsibility:
 Ensure end to end process of warranty procedure from branch offices is correct
and appropriate with the procedure.
 Develop the capability and expertise of Warranty Processor at Branches, Area
and Head Office.
 Conduct audit to branch offices to make sure the warranty process has follow
the procedure. Such as data, claim and the old core process.
