This document is an official form for abandoning a book that requires the reader to provide details about the book being abandoned such as the title, author, genre, and a summary of the plot so far. It also requires the reader to convince the form that they should be allowed to abandon the book by writing persuasively about why they want to stop reading it and switch to a new book. Finally, the form prompts the reader to reflect on how they would feel if someone didn't take the time to get to know them fully by having them write a paragraph response.

book deserves at least that much.)

10.  You must write a one paragraph summary of this book so far. (one paragraph
means 5-7 sentences. I think the author who wrote a whole book deserves at least
that!)

3. 11.  Please write another paragraph that convinces me to let you abandon this book.
(I’ll give you a hint – you better be very persuasive! And it must be 5-7 sentences
long.)
