West Podium Traffic Barrier and Entry Alternate Recommendation - 30k savings
Rick Sommerfeld asks Chuck Cummings if he can remove rumble strips from the job site. The rumble strips are large and cumbersome, and pose a risk of slicing tires if not hit straight on in the tight jobsite. Traffic management has been good without them. Rick will continue monitoring traffic activity closely.
Rick proposed an alternative traffic barricade plan for the West Podium that would use concrete barriers instead of plastic barricades for most of the site, saving around $10,000. Tony Piscitello approved the revised plan.

Rick may become the default trainer due to his experience with software like Sharepoint, Blue Beam, and Phoenix, which could benefit all parties. With extra employees, Joe can take on work from others to lighten their loads.
