Both companies provide private shows and opportunities for growth through traveling, working with artists, and putting on creative live sound shows. While each is a large company, becoming known as the top person in live sound allows one's name and skills to be requested for shows. This type of future utilizing creativity seems fitting.

gain the same thing in both companies. They are both very large
and both have great opportunities and lots of room for growth.
In both id be doing shows traveling and dealing with artists. When
you become the man in live sound your name travels people
request you. Having a job to be creative put on a show is definitely
a future I can see for myself.
