The Assembly Rooms in Norwich, England hosted many social gatherings and events in the late 18th and early 19th centuries. Built in the 1760s, the Assembly Rooms consisted of two large rooms used for balls, concerts and other entertainments by the city's elite. They played an important role in Norwich society for over 50 years before falling out of fashion in the 1820s.
