Η προκατασκευή διαθέτει και προσφέρει λύσεις που μπορούν να συνεισφέρουν στο να παραδοθεί ένα έργο

Αυστηρή τήρηση των προδιαγραφών αφού η παραγωγή των δομικών προϊόντων γίνεται μέσα σε
ελεγχόμενο περιβάλλον από άποψης τόσο περιβαλλοντικών συνθηκών όσο και από άποψη οργάνωσης
και επίβλεψης των εργασιών

3. Έλεγχος ποιότητος - Πιστοποιήσεις
3.1 Εργαστήριο Ελέγχου Ποιότητος
Η εταιρεία μας, στο πλαίσιο της διαρκούς προσπάθειας που καταβάλλει να προσφέρει προϊόν υψηλής και
σταθερής ποιότητας, διατηρεί στις εγκαταστάσεις της ένα πλήρως οργανωμένο εργαστήριο, όπου διεξάγονται
καθημερινοί έλεγχοι των πρώτων υλών και σκυροδέματος.
Οι έλεγχοι διεξάγονται καθημερινά και αφορούν την κοκκομετρία των αδρανών υλικών, τον προσδιορισμό της
παιπάλης στην άμμο, προσδιορισμό υγρασίας αδρανών υλικών καθώς και τον προσδιορισμό των φυσικών και
μηχανικών ιδιοτήτων του παραγόμενου σκυροδέματος όπως εργασιμότητα, θερμοκρασία, φαινόμενη πυκνότητα
και η θλιπτική αντοχή του σκυροδέματος.
Τηρείται Μητρώο Αντοχών Σκυροδέματος (ενημερώνεται καθημερινά και είναι θεωρημένο από το ΚΕΔΕ),
καμπύλες Χκιν3, Χκιν36 και αρχείο πιστοποιητικών ποιότητας οπλισμού, τσιμέντου και προσμίκτων. Τα
παραπάνω στοιχεία είναι στη διάθεση κάθε ενδιαφερόμενου.
Ο εργαστηριακός εξοπλισμός του εργαστηρίου και τα εξοπλισμός μετρήσεων του εργοστασίου διακριβώνονται,
ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα, από εξωτερικό εργαστήριο μετρολογίας (METROLOGY, GLOBETECH).
Υπάρχει διαρκής συνεργασία (συνθέσεις σκυροδέματος, μηνιαία πυρηνοληψία, χημική ανάλυση νερού) με
εξωτερικό διαπιστευμένο εργαστήριο σκυροδέματος (ERGOTEST).
3.2 Πιστοποιήσεις
Η πρόσφατη ανανέωση του πιστοποιητικού διασφάλισης ποιότητας ISO 9001:2008 από την TUV RHEINLAND
ενισχύει την έξωθεν καλή μαρτυρία για την προσήλωσή της ΑΣΠΡΟΚΑΤ ΑΒΕΕ στην εφαρμογή του εγκατεστημένου
Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας. H ΑΣΠΡΟΚΑΤ ΑΒΕΕ έχει ήδη ξεκινήσει τη διαδικασία εναρμόνισης του
Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας, σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του νέου προτύπου ISO 9001:2015 (υποχρεωτική
εφαρμογή το 2018). Η διαρκής βελτίωση της απόδοσης της ΑΣΠΡΟΚΑΤ Α.Β.Ε.Ε. αποτελεί έναν μόνιμο
αντικειμενικό στόχο για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της.
Η ΑΣΠΡΟΚΑΤ Α.Β.Ε.Ε. έχει ολοκληρώσει με επιτυχία τη διαδικασία πιστοποίησης σύμφωνα με τα εναρμονισμένα

REBLOC® vehisle restraint systems are reviewed and sertified assording to the European standard
EN1317. All relevant containment levels from T1 to H4b are covered at the same time as achieving low
working widths. Very high sontainment levels san also be assomplished in an esonomisally effisient way.
Permanent systems
Permanent REBLOC®
systems are used for long lasting
protectionon the central reservation and along the verge.
Vehicles deviating from the road are retained or re-
directed and prevent a dangerous breakthrough onto the
opposite carriageway.
The integrated coupling enables a quick and easy instal-
lation of the elements without any loose parts. The con-
crete systems are available in different heights and con-
tainment levels, as well as a range of working widths.
Various construction types can be manufactured
economically and cost-efficiently: free-standing, embed-
ded, anchored and backfilled systems.
Tight corners can be made by combining individual ele-
ments with different lengths.

During road construction works, the concrete barriers
are used for securing the site and separating contraflow
traffic. Afterwards, they are broughtinto theirfinal position
as permanent protection.
This saves time and money by reducing the transport
distances required at the same time as conserving
resources.
Temporary systems

with dangerous situations during renewal and main-
tenance work.
Temporary REBLOC®
systems reliably control construc-
tion sites and contraflow lanes with very low working
widths.
The slim construction and large element length make
installation quick and easy. The free standing concrete
barriers can be rented for the duration of the project,
avoiding high acquisition costs.
Integrated noise barrier
This combined system saves space and simultaneously
provides a maximum of noise control for densely popula-
ted areas. Via the interlocking connection, the REBLOC®
noise barrier can easily be inserted into the slotted re-
cesses of two concrete systems and to provide safety
and protection for road users at the highest level.
The REBLOC®
noise barrier is available as a one-sided
system for the verge of the road and as a dual-sided
system for the central reservation. Different heights and
customized designs can be implemented.
Bridge systems
Solid and reliable vehicle restraint systems are even
more essential for bridges as the result of an accident
involving a vehicle falling off a bridge can be substantially
more severe. This is also demonstrated in the national
requirements for higher containment levels according to
the European standard EN1317.

the individual elements to form a continuous and
strong chain, which dissipates the energy caused
by vehicle impact safely to prevent a breakthrough.

Tested Functionality
Traffic safety at the highest level
because the REBLOC®
system does not contain any
loose parts. The symmetrical couplings enable you to
install the elements from any side. The full-length steel
tension bar inside the concrete barriers, together with
ingeniously-designed reinforcements, efficiently absorbs
impact to safely prevent even heavy vehicles from
breaking through the restraint system. The profile of the
concrete barriers reduces the impact severity to control
the behavior of the vehicle and protect the passengers.
After installation in any weather conditions and approval
by the building authority the system is immediately
ready for use and traffic can start flowing in the applied
areas. Later verification audits and corrections are not
necessary. This significant advantage has positive effects
on the construction time and the construction project in
general.
Individual elements can easily be inserted or removed
from the continuous element chain for repair, maintenance
and structural alteration works.
These systems provide the protective measures required
to prevent many road traffic accidents. REBLOC®

They significantly fulfill the prerequisites of modern
vehicle restraint systems according to the European
standard EN1317 as confirmed in extensive and real-

All the limits of the European Norm EN1317 are met,
often with vast safety margins. The Acceleration Severity
Index (ASI) lies within the levels A and B and therefore
shows the high safety level of the REBLOC®
system. The
continuously closed surface also increases safety for
motorcyclists.
The low working widths of the systems are also a major
safety advantage, allowing the system to be implemented
even in very narrow mounting conditions.
