same way a computer for grammar manipulates information. In January1991, the University ofArizona hosteda conference entitled, 'The NATOAdvanced Research Workshop onCurrent andEmergent Phenomena and
Biomolecular Systems.' What does that meanexactly? It means this: Werefer toone paperthat was deliveredat the conference which stands out for its different attitude towards thedevelopment under discussion at that time.
It was, in effect, a protest andchillingwarningtothe attendingscientists about the potential abuse of their researchfindings. Theirfindings, of course,statedthat the UnitedStates has already developedcommunications

2. A 1978 book entitled, 'Microwave Auditory Effect andApplication,' by James C.Lynn describes howaudible voices can be broadcast directlyintothe brain.This technology couldactuallyallowtheblindto see andthe deaf
to hear. Instead, it has been turnedinto a weapontoenslave theworld. Allen Frie also reports that hecouldspeedup, slowdown or stop the hearts ofisolatedfrogs by synchronizingthe pulsedrate ofa microwave beamwith
the heart itself. AccordingtoDr. Robert Becker,similar results have been obtainedusinglive frogs, which shows that it is technicallyfeasible toproduce heart attacks with rays designed to penetrate the human chest.

'The informationon those kinds of technologies presented herewouldbe consideredby some to beridiculous since it does not conform to their view of reality. But somepeoplestill believe the worldis flat.'
Now, this means a lot,because if people do not believethis kindof technology is possible, orthat it is sciencefiction, those people put themselves in great jeopardy, because on the night whenthose thousandstars will shine
