The Product
Modular by Design
The Mirage series is designed to accommodate many needs in the mirco housing community. Our
20โ units, simple in design and ๏ฌJed with basic ๏ฌnishingโs are perfect for transi@on housing where
durability and ๏ฌexibility are required features. Scaling our units both in length and stacking using
our custom cage design allows for greater density and expanded sizing op@ons.
Our standard core home capsule, just 10โ long, includes a mechanical room, electrical panel, an
on-demand water heater, and a large item storage space. A molded washroom module c/w a
Disability step-in tub / shower and toilet / urinal and sink. An end wall provides for appliances /
kitcheneJe, producing a complete unit. Adjoining is an aJached room (10 or 20 feet long), for
dining, combi living/workspace, and bedroom(s).

Safe, Secure and E๏ฌcient.
These temporary transi@on micro homes can be located on vacant city owned lots or underused
parking lots easily connected to city services at the street. The security systems included in the
design allow for remote monitoring and systems management. Smart home technologies are used
to op@mize the UNITS internal HVAC, water and power usage to ensure maximum e๏ฌciencies.
Direct link to city services, Police, ๏ฌre and panic buJons can be installed to make sure the clients
are safe and secure in their UNITโs.
Our Mirage homes can be ordered โO๏ฌ the Gridโ that includes photo voltaic power (Tesla
Powerwall), pure (rain) ๏ฌltered water collec@on and storage, and separate contained sep@c
(easily pumped). The UNITS are ๏ฌreproof, extremely low maintenance, and do not stress
municipal services at all.

heavily used cabinets and ๏ฌooring will be quick
and low cost. Shower/bathroom modules will be

Creating the change we want to see
The Real Impact
ARKโs MIRAGE series was designed to serve the needs of our communities most vulnerable
citizens. Immediate needs in transitional housing are at critical levels. Bricks and mortar
buildings require extensive planning and time to build, not to mention the per unit costs is
between 5 to 10 times higher than an ARK UNIT.
Once built out the bricks and mortar complex becomes more and more expensive to repair and
maintain. A change in community needs renders this building an eyesore. An Ark community can
be moved within weeks, returning the The mobile nature of the MIRAGE series allows for new
โIn the Boxโ thinking! Creating opportunites in communities where our homeless residents need
and want to be, allows for superior client adoption and use.
ARKโs service program ensures the MIRAGE units do not stress existing social and city
services, making planning, deployment and mangement issues as streamlined as possible.
