Arjen Schrama has been the Managing Director of Noodlebar Benelux since 2000. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Invasar Holding BV from 1992 to 2000 and the Director of Roxy Theater Amsterdam from 1987 to 1991. He opened the first Wagamama restaurant in Amsterdam in 2000 and has since opened additional locations in Amsterdam, Antwerp, and Rotterdam, using crowdfunding to raise money for new openings.
