Cliff climbing in the Arbel National Park in Israel is described. The article discusses the Arbel Cliffs which feature eight cave complexes dating back to Herodian times. Ruins of a 17th century Druze fortress are also mentioned. Various plants found in the park are photographed including the rare Sun's-Eye Tulip. The last frames show views of the Sea of Galilee from the terrace of a Chinese restaurant in Tiberias.
