Dear Healthcare Professional,
I am pleased to present you with the programme for the 14th Middle East Surgery Conference, taking place on 27-29 January
2015 at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Provided by the Cleveland Clinic, this conference is part of the Arab Health Congress, the world’s largest multi-track medical
congress. Furthermore, it is one of a handful of events in the region to offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) to attending
medical professionals via its scientific exchange.
With the goal of updating surgeons with advancements in technology and innovation, surgical techniques and changes in the
socioeconomic and healthcare demands in the region, the scientific agenda is designed to cater for the special interests of surgeons
at all levels of expertise, from consultant surgeons to surgical trainees, as well as students and surgical nurses.
The conference offers an opportunity to gain an understanding of the latest developments in bariatric surgery, metabolic surgery,
gastrointestinal surgery, hernia surgery, endocrine surgery, breast surgery, pancreas and kidney transplantations and surgical
oncology.
Providing a vast array of educational and networking opportunities and aims to enhance the care of surgical patients through
state-of-the-art educational lectures, this three-day conference will bring attendees up-to-date on cutting-edge knowledge
through sessions on key and diverse aspects of surgery.
On behalf of the organising committee, I look forward to seeing you in Dubai in January 2015.
