6. About the Managing Partner:
SHODEINDE, Adetunji
 Shodeinde Adetunji is armed with the knowledge and specialities in accounting (Financial,
Management and Cost), Business/financial analysis, Tax matters and business operation controls.
 He is a graduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka with First class BSc Accounting and currently a
student with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
 He is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of West Africa (AATWA).
 He also obtained National Diploma in Accountancy at Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo with Upper
Credit category at graduation.
 He has acquired indepth experience of about ten (10) years in matters of business accounting,
business operations, Tax matters and financial analysis of business of any size and nature.
 He has personally worked with various organisations in different industries such as Buildwell
Plants and Equipment Industries Ltd as a cashier, Babitol Global Excellence Limited as the
accountant and also Concrete Logistics Limited as the Chief Accountant and financial analyst.
 For all these companies, he has represented them at both the Federal Inland Revenue Service
(FIRS) and Lagos Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) on tax issues and resolved the issues.
 Adetunji has business link with reputable audit firms whom he has direct business relationship
