MANAGEMENT COMMENTS:
Bob has been a major asset to this ship. He has a very responsilble attitude to his duties and to the
people onboard. He is a very capable and responsible officer and is suitable for immediate promotion.
The ship is carrying a deck cadet and Bob has been supervising his training with excellent results
INDIVIDUAL COMMENTS:
I am very keen to optain a Chief Officer's qualification but would need financial assistance from the
company for this to happen. In the meantime I would appreciate the opertunity to sail as second
officer.
TRAINING NEEDS IDENTIFIED:
Bob has requested study leave to optain his Chief Mates I Master's certificate. I think he should be
supported in this respect as I feel he would make a very competent Chief Officer and Captain in the
future.
