TERM AND CONDITIONS
1.0 MECHANISM
1.1
1.2 The dance video of the flash mob will be open for the public to vote.
1.3 Team members must ‘like’ and become a fan of the Hiruscar Post Acne facebook page.
1.4
1.5 The 10 videos with the HIGHEST no of VOTE will be the finalist groups to perform in Berjaya times Square.
2.0 ELIMINATION STAGE
2.1 Target Period for Flash Mob:
2.1.1 17 March 2014 – 20 April 2014
2.1.2 Actual date to perform flash mob must pre-arrange with XEM 3 days after the studio lesson.
2.2 Flash Mob Performance location:
2.2.1 Flash Mob takes place at contestant’s idea location. (Must get approval from organizer)
2.3 Flash Mob Performance:
2.3.1 The whole duraCon of performance must be more than 2mins and less than 3mins.
2.3.3 Dance movements must be non-provocaCve (No naked during performance)
2.4 HPA (Hiruscar Post Acne) theme song and HPA step:
2.4.3 Full duraCon of HPA song must be added in contestant chosen songs.
2.4.4 HPA theme song and HPA step cannot be edited and amended.
2.4.5 No rude or impropriate word in the chosen songs.
2.5 Attire
2.5.1 Contestants must wear HPA shirts during the Flash Mob except the supporters.
2.5.2 Equipment setup and Man power:
2.5.3 Contestants must prepare their own equipment during the EliminaCon Stage.
2.5.4 Only a portable sound system is provided by XEM.
2.5.5 No man power or event crew (from XEM and DKSH) standby during the Elimination stage.
2.6 Video
2.6.1 Video is shot during the Flash Mob.
2.6.2 Video is shared in HGFB (Hiruscar Gel Fan Page) apps for voting after edit.
2.7 Voting Mechanism
2.7.1 VoCng date start from 5 May – 25 May 2014
2.8 Finalist
2.8.2 Result will be announced in HGFP.
Students form a dance team and invite supporters for Elimination stage (Flash Mob).
Team members then may invite friends to ‘like’ Hiruscar Post Acne FB page and Like and Vote for their
2.4.2 HPA theme song and dance step instructional video can be downloaded from specific url provided.
2.2.2 Rental, licensing, permission, application, acknowledge letter and etc which are necessary, must be
done by contestants and no risk, responsibility, fee or cost shall be borne by XEM and DKSH.
2.4.1 A studio lesson will be conducted in contestant own campus or studio to brief on the rules and
regulation of flash mob and learn the HPA steps.
2.3.2 Contestants can invite their friends and supporters for the flash mob performance, max 25 dancers in
a group.
2.8.1 Groups with top 10 highest no of vote are the finalists to participate in the Final stage in Times
2.9 Bonus
2.9.1 Highest no of vote in Flash Mob will walk away RM1000 of Cash Prize.
2.9.2 Only 1 (ONE) cash prize is awarded during the final stage.
3.0 FINAL STAGE
3.1 Date of Final Stage

3.2 Performance Location
3.2.1 Main Entrance of Time Square
3.3 Performance
3.3.1 The whole performance cannot be longer than 3 mins.
3.3.2 All the finalist contestants must be same with the applicants in the submission form.
3.4 Hiruscar Theme Song And Dance Step:
3.4.1 Full duration of HPA song must be added in the chosen songs.
3.4.2 HPA theme song and HPA step cannot be edited and amended.
3.4.3 No rude or impropriate word in the chosen songs.
3.4.4 Dancers will be forfeited if they are not at the dancing area when their class/turn is called.
3.5 Equipment Setup And Man Power
3.5.1 Sound system is provided
3.5.2 No man power or event crew (XEM and DKSH) standby during the Elimination stage.
3.6 Video
3.6.1 Video is shared in HGFB after edit.
3.7 Cash Prize

4.0 DISCLAIMERS

5.0 DISQUALIFICATION
Contestants agree that DKSH, XEM, Raydio studio, their staff and directors or agents (hereinafter, the
Release Parties") Shall not be liable or resposible for injury to me (including paralysis or death) or damage to
my property occuring during any HPA dance competition 2014 vol. 2 events or activity and resulting from
acts or omissions occuring during the performance of the duties of the Released Parties, even where the
damage or injury is caused by negligence (except willful neglect). I understand and agree that all members
and guests participate voluntarily and at their own risk in all activities and I assume all risk of injury and
damge arising out of the conduct such activities. I release and hold the Released Parties harmless from any
injury or loss to my person or property which may result from my participation in the HPA dance competition
2014 vol 2 activities and events. I understand that this means that I agree not to sue the Released Parties for
any injury or resulting damage to myself or my property arising from, or in connection with the performance
of their duties in sponsoring, planning or conducting said events.

3.7.1 The organiser reserves the right to alter any rule if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the
competition.

DKSH and XEM reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of this T&C without
notice. This T&C will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained
in any other promotional materials advertising the contest.
DKSH and XEM reserve the absolute right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate and/or
illegible or fail to meet eligibility requirements without notice.
DKSH and XEM reserves the right to use any and all information regarding contestants obtained through the
Contest for its own marketing purposes. By participating in the Contest, the contestants hereby express
consent to the use of information including names, photographs (pictures or visuals) and emails (without any
reward or compensation) for any purpose deemed necessary by DKSH and XEM whether in relation to the
Contest or otherwise. The contestants further consent that DKSH and XEM have the right to use the
contestants’ information including names, photographs (pictures or visuals) and emails for advertising and
publicity purposes without notice.
