This document provides the blueprint for an instrument being tried out that contains 3 parts: 1) A questionnaire on habits of watching English videos with on-screen text measuring frequency, unconsciousness, and interest. 2) A questionnaire on listening self-efficacy measuring confidence, willingness, and effort. 3) A listening comprehension test measuring abilities such as identifying linguistic elements, finding specific and general information, recognizing implicit meaning, and developing conclusions.
