This letter appreciates Mr. Sandeep Pathak for his excellent work developing a "Centralized System for Circular, Order and Important Schemes" as part of his MCA final project at the Department of IT for the Delhi Secretariat. The system is running successfully and supports lean methodologies. It provides a centralized system for government applications that is very useful to the Delhi Government. The online uploading system developed by Mr. Pathak is also very useful for senior officers. Overall, the department is very happy with Mr. Pathak's performance during the project.
