The Wattle Grove Primary School held their annual ANZAC Day ceremony in 2018 to commemorate Australian and New Zealand soldiers who served in wars and conflicts. Students, teachers, and parents gathered at the school's flagpole for the ceremony which included the singing of the national anthem, moments of silence, readings about the significance of ANZAC Day, and the laying of wreaths. The principal spoke about the importance of remembering the sacrifices made by our servicemen and women.
