Anterior neck swelling
• 42year old black man presented with history
of slowly growing anterior neck swelling
mimicking goiter for 2 years ,he denied local
and general symptoms of thyroid disease
• ,on exa soft,not compressible ,flactuation
negative,with muscle contraction it is more
prominenet ,sonographic study revealed
hypoechoic mass ,thyroid is normal
• final diagnosis is anterior neck lipomata (very
rare for the first time i see it )
