1. My husband and I moved to Wilmington from Pittsburgh Pa. in 1978 I have loved living
in the warm beautiful weather here on the coast. I have been a Broker Realtor since 1991
I graduated from Cape Fear Community College Realtor program.
I have raised a daughter here thou the local schools system she also is a graduate of East
Caroline University with a nursing degree. She is now married to my son- in law who is
serving in the U.S. Air Force. I now have my first Grandson John Thomas who of course
is the apple of Grandma’s eyes.
Being in real estate for 23 years I have had the privilege of helping many families find
there dream home here in Wilmington. I have recently returned after a few years
sabbatical after the loss of my husband of 38 years. I have been welcomed home to my
family at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and look forward to working and
helping many new families and friends find their new dreams.
I have just completed the Military Relocation Professional certification program with a
son – in law who has spent the last 15 years of his life serving his country in Iran, Iraq,
and afganstan. My brothers serving in the Army and Marines in Vietnam, and my
husband who was a Marines, and spent 43 years of his life serving his country as a
Merchant Marine. I would love to be your go to person here in Wilmington or
