An experiment was conducted where people with blue eyes were put in a room with people who had brown eyes and were treated poorly, as if they were a different race, to simulate discrimination. Some participants were emotionally hurt by the experiment even though they knew it was just a test. The experiment aimed to show how discrimination affects others and highlight that discrimination should be stopped.

- 1. Heather Fry FYS Angry Eye We watched a video on the difference in eye color. It was an experiment that several people participated in. They all had blue eyes and were put in a room with people with brown eyes. These people were treated as if a person of a different race would be treated. I thought that this experiment went very well and put these people in a position that many African Americans go through every day. Some were even hurt emotionally by the experiment even though they knew it was just a test. This shows Americans how this affects others and it shows them that we should stop discrimination.
