4. Concentration StatementAesthetics of food – the better it looks the better it tastes. Born into a family of foodies, my life revolves around cuisine. Presentation is equal to taste.There is a natural rhythm to preparing a meal. My concentration follows this rhythm. Food preparation, then appetizers, main course, and dessert, are followed by the mess to be cleaned up.
